BWD Consulting have been engaged by RSL Queensland from April 2022 to September 2023, and again from May to August 2024.

Over these periods BWD Consulting worked closely with key personnel to gain an in-depth understanding of our current procurement practices and to determine our needs. This resulted in BWD providing a Procurement Framework and Policy to establish a new centralised Procurement function for RSL Queensland. They were able to provide us with prudent best practices tailored to our business, and then assisted in establishing and mentoring a new Procurement team.

 They implemented complete end-to-end procurement procedures, including establishing a Contract Management System. They also assessed potential vendor risks, implemented Vendor Management and formalised a full range of procurement procedures, all contributing to measurable cost-savings, efficiencies and risk mitigation.
